PER CURIAM. We adopt the findings of the commissioner and grant appellant’s petition for belated appeal. The trial court’s order, denying rule 3.800(a) relief, is affirmed. See Henry v. State, 920 So.2d 1204 (Fla. 4th DCA 2006); State v. Williams, 854 So.2d 215 (Fla. 1st DCA 2003), rev. denied, 869 So.2d 541 (Fla.2004). GUNTHER, WARNER and MAY, JJ., concur.
