E. Jay Preston v. William Fyfe
Per Curiam:
The question involved in this case involves the construction of section 5775 of the General Statutes of 1901, and is fully determined in Smith v. Becker, 62 Kan. 541. The appellant seeks to have the decision in that case reversed, but we abide by that decision, and the judgment in this case is affirmed.
