McCready v. Hoffius

In lieu of granting rehearing that portion of the December 22, 1998, opinion of the Court, ante, 131, which holds that the Civil Rights Act does not violate the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment of the United States Consti — 1236 — tution or Article 1, § 4 of the Michigan Constitution is vacated, and the case is remanded to the Jackson Circuit Court for further consideration of that issue and entry of an appropriate judgment.
