Smith, C. J., delivered the opinion of tlie court. (After stating the facts as above). This case is ruled by Mosely v. Jamison, 71 Miss. 456, 14 So. 529, and Cochran v. Henry, 65 So. 213. Reversed and decree here for appellants.
