Cook, J., delivered the opinion of the court. The defects, if any there be, in the allegations of the bill of complaint, are cured by sections 4332 and 4367, Code of 1906, and it therefore follows that the decree of the chancery court overruling appellant’s demurrer was correct. Smith v. Denny, 90 Miss. 434, 43 So. 479. Affirmed.
