Harney v. Scott

EichaRDSON, Judge, delivered the opinion of the court. The only question in this case is whether the appeal, taken by the plaintiff, from the order of the probate court revoking [335] his letters of administration, suspended the effect of the order. The point was decided in Mullanphy v. County Court of St. Louis County, 6 Mo. 563, and is decisive of this case. Judge Napton concurring, the judgment will be affirmed.
