Opinion by Cline, J. The testimony was held inadequate to prove that the articles were produced prior to the year 1830 and it was not shown that the manda tory regulations were complied with. Brummer v. United States (2 Cust. Ct. 94, C. D. 95) cited. The protest was therefore overruled.
