Opinion by Dallinger, J. In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the aneroid barometers and hygrometers are the same in all material respects as those passed upon in Selsi v. United States (2 Cust. Ct. 371, C. D. 160) the claim at 27 1/2 percent under paragraph 372 was sustained.
