Opinion by Tilson, J. In accordance with stipulation of counsel and on the authority of Wilbuf-Ellis v. United States (26 C. C. P. A. 403, C. A. D. 47) and (9 Cust. Ct. 120, C. D. 673) the claim for free entry under paragraph 1604 was sustained.
