In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise covered by the foregoing protest consists of “piano wire bracelets” similar in all material respects to those the subject of Devon Trading Company v. United States (48 Cust. Ct. 451, Abstract 66761) following the decision in The J. Orlando Co., Inc., et al. v. United States (43 Cust. Ct. 115, C.D. 2114), the claim of the plaintiff was sustained.
