In accordance with, stipulation of counsel that the merchandise covered by the foregoing protests consists of adreno-corticotrophic hormones (ACTH) the same in all material respects as those the subject of Organon, Inc. v. United States (59 Cust. Ct. 363, C.D. 3170), the claim of the plaintiff was sustained.
