In accordance with stipulation of counsel that the merchandise covered by the foregoing protests consists of Ambrene Extra Concentrate, an absolute of labdanum, extracted from labdanum by the volatile solvent process, containing nothing that was not in the original crude material from which made, and that the issues involved herein are analogous to those in Ungerer and Co., Inc. v. United States (33 Cust. Ct. 152, C.D. 1647), the claim of the plaintiff was sustained.
