Sibbald v. United States

Mr. Justice STORY delivered the opinion of the Court. On consideration of the petition filed in the above cause, it is the opinion of this court that it has no power to grant the relief prayed. Whereupon, it is now here ordered and adjudged by this court, that this petition be and the same is hereby dismissed.
