The defendant's petition for certification for appeal from the Appellate Court, 168 Conn.App. 419, 146 A.3d 995 (2016), is granted, limited to the following issue: "Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that the corpus delicti rule is merely a rule of admissibility, in determining that there was sufficient evidence to sustain the defendant's second conviction of risk of injury to a child in violation of General Statutes § 53-21(a)(1) ?"
