The plaintiff's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 174 Conn.App. 592, 166 A.3d 636 (2017), is granted, limited to the following question: "Did the Appellate Court properly apply the abuse of discretion standard of review in holding that the trial court's memorandum of decision lacked 'factual findings with a high degree of specificity' when the trial court found that the defendant's claims on appeal lacked any indicia of color?"
