The petitioner Joseph Moore's petition for certification to appeal from the Appellate Court, 186 Conn.App. 254, 199 A.3d 594 (2018), is granted, limited to the following issue: "Did the Appellate Court properly conclude that trial counsel did not render ineffective assistance of counsel in advising the petitioner regarding the pretrial plea offers?"
