PEOPLE of the State of Michigan v. William Frank SIKORSKI, Jr.
On order of the Court, the motion to amend the application is GRANTED. The application for leave to appeal the November *584 1, 2016 and June 19, 2018 judgments of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court.
