[850] MEMORANDUM BT THE COTJRT The plaintiff sued for $90,000, but claims here a umch less sum. The Government does not seriously contest the fact of damage to the plaintiff. The finding of the Board, we think, was correct and plaintiff should be given judgment. See John Thomson Press & Mfg. Co. Case, 57 C. Cls. 200; Newport Contracting & Eng. Co. Case, 57 C. Cls. 581. Judgment for jfiaintiff in the sum of $18,302.17.
