Pay and allowances. On a stipulation by the parties agreeing to settlement and consenting to judgment on the basis of the decisions in Seagrave v. United States, 131 C. Cls. 790, and Hyde v. United States, 134 C. Cls. 690, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered for $1,012.90.
