8 The magistrate judge ordered the plaintiff to show cause by April 21, 2023, why this case 9 should not be dismissed for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction.1 The plaintiff did not respond to 10 that order in any way and has not shown such cause, and the deadline to do so passed without 11 request to extend it. So the magistrate judge now recommends that this case be dismissed 12 without prejudice.2 “[N]o review is required of a magistrate judge’s report and recommendation 13 unless objections are filed.”3 Having reviewed the report and recommendation, I find good 14 cause to adopt it, and I do. 15 IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Magistrate Judge’s Report and 16 Recommendation [ECF No. 6] is ADOPTED in its entirety, and this case is DISMISSED 17 without prejudice for lack of subject-matter jurisdiction.
