16 U.S.C. § 410yy–1

As used in this subchapter, the term— (1) “Commission” means the Keweenaw Historic Preservation Advisory Commission established by section 410yy–8 of this title . (2) “park” means the Keweenaw National Historical Park established by section 410yy–2(a)(1) of this title . (3) “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
