(a) Pretrial Conferences; Scheduling; Management . Fed. R. Civ. P. 16 applies in an adversary proceeding. (b) Determining Procedure . On its own or a party’s timely motion, the court must decide whether: (1) to hear and determine the proceeding; (2) to hear it and issue proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law; or (3) to take other action.
