42 U.S.C. § 655a

For purposes of section 655 of this title , expenses incurred to reimburse State employment offices for furnishing information requested of such offices— (1) pursuant to section 49b(b) of title 29 , or (2) by a State or local agency charged with the duty of carrying a State plan for child support approved under this part, shall be considered to constitute expenses incurred in the administration of such State plan.
