Lenske v. Shobe

PER CURIAM. Plaintiff appeals from an adverse decision of the trial court in a claim and delivery proceeding which he brought against the sheriff of Clackamas County for the recovery of an automobile. In the course of oral argument before this court the plaintiff, appearing pro se, stated that since filing the action he had recovered possession of the automobile from the sheriff. The appeal is therefore moot. Appeal dismissed.
