Ryan, J. This is an appeal from the granting of a motion for a new trial. The trial judge has stated his reasons for granting the new trial, and we fail to find any reversible error. Affirmed. Carson and Cooper, JJ., concur. Fauleoner, C. J., concurs with opinion.
