Ex Parte Terry Lynn Pierce. (Re Terry Lynn Pierce v. State).
PER CURIAM.
After reviewing the record, this Court has concluded that Terry Lynn Pierce’s conviction must be reversed and the cause remanded, on the authority of Ex parte Washington, 562 So.2d 1304 (Ala.1990).
